Disclaimer

1) Circumstances Focusing on the Responsibility of the Student:

a) cannot use or copy any part of he video, audio podcast, or any materials presented and/or used in any lesson on the MANA site or any other venue the lesson may be broadcast;

b) cannot use what has been presented in any lesson within any other video or audio in any other broadcast by a student or a person whom a student has as a family member or friend;

c) cannot make any public expression of dissatisfaction when one receives the 1/2 refund from MANA and/or MANA shows its concern in meeting the student’s needs;

NOTE: There is a timeline for completion of this course:

Individual lessons: 3 weeks to complete from day of purchase
Any set of five: 15 weeks to complete from day of purchase
All 15 lessons:  45 weeks to complete from day of purchase

 Refunds will be made in the following manner:

1. i) for the purchase of one lesson, the student has 48 hours upon receiving the lesson to request a refund; the student will receive within five (5) days a refund of 50% of what has been paid;ii) for the purchase of two to four lessons, the student has fifteen (15) days upon receiving the lessons to request a refund; the student will receive within five (5) days a refund of 50% of what has been paid.
   iii) for the purchase of five or more lessons, the student has thirty (30) days upon receiving the lessons to request a refund; the student will receive with five (5) days a refund of 50% of what has been paid.
2. b) The professor of these lessons nor MANA makes any promises that what is taught will guarantee any financial gain or notoriety.

3) Your viewing of any portion of this course and/or paying for any lesson acknowledges your acceptance of the terms indicated for the course and other aspects and materials related to this course. Furthermore, this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Washtenaw County, Michigan. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
