MANA wants to showcase poetry and short stories written by different marginalized citizens. These works will be refereed by the MANA Review Board. Once recommended by the Board to be published, the editor of the Blog or the owner of MANA will notify the writer. Upon acknowledgement by the writer, the work/s will be posted on the blog, The MANA SUNRISER, which is on the MANA website and/or the MANA newsletter, The MANA HARVESTER.
Submit EARLY to give the Review Board time to read, referee, and give notification to the writer.
Cost to Submit: NONE
Parameters:
1) no more than 500 words per submission
2) no more than five (5) submissions per writer
3) submit as a Word file
4) the work should highlight the theme for the celebrated month
5) send all submitted files to:
BONUS: MANA will determine the best submission during each celebrated month; the individual will receive a check for $100.
