Fairy C. Hayes-Scott, Ph.D. is a motivator speaker. She is most interested in motivating females, ages 16 to over 60 to work to achieve their highest goals: graduating from college, owning their own business, being the best mother, or just being a wholesome individual living life to the fullest. Dr. Hayes-Scott has done it all. Her credentials:

  • Ph.D. in Education, her dissertation focusing on teaching English composition to Deaf college students

  • 2 Summers Teaching in the Bridge Program at Hope College, Holland, MI
